The toy is intended to encourage imaginative play, develop fine motor skills, matching & counting. It is recommended for children aged 6 months and up.
Really cute little toy, with the addition of the farm animals. Overall we enjoyed this toy, but the barns are a decent and a little awkward size so need a reasonable ability to open the hand and fingers to either grab the roof off the barn, or hold in the affected hand while the other hand removes the roof. We would also place the animals on the table and get her to pick them up with her affected hand, and then drop them into the relevant barn.
Other than the awkward shape and size for small hands, we quite liked this toy!
